Practical Information

Application

As the number of in-person spots is limited, you are required to submit a motivation letter and a CV. To do so, simply register on the "Registration" page and upload both documents on the "New Submission" page. Depending on the number of applications received, there may be an option to attend the sessions online.

Accommodation

Toulouse offers a wide range of accommodation options. Selected participants will need to arrange their own accommodation. In addition to the many hotels in the city, the international campus of the University of Toulouse offers apartments for short-term stays.

School Schedule

The school will consist of a combination of theoretical courses and practical exercises for which you are requested to bring your own laptop. Coffee breaks and lunches will be provided by the organizers. Lectures will be held in english.

From Toulouse Matabiau train station:

• Take metro line A towards Basso Cambo, get off at Jean Jaurès, then take metro line B towards Ramonville, and get off at Université Paul Sabatier.

From Toulouse Blagnac airport:

• By car: take the outer ring road (west), exit at junction 23, and continue on the Route de Narbonne.
• On foot: take the shuttle bus towards Toulouse Matabiau train station, get off at Jean Jaurès, then take metro line B towards Ramonville, and get off at Université Paul Sabatier.

From the ring road:

• Exit 20, direction “Complexe Scientifique de Rangueil”
• Exit 23, direction “Université Paul Sabatier, Ramonville St-Agne”.

From the cable car, Téléo:

• Park (P+R) at the Téléo Oncopole - Lise Enjalbert station, then take the cable car towards "Université Paul Sabatier", and get off at "Université Paul Sabatier" (2 stops).
